If you are a family of one of our centres or programs we also offer you a number of other ways to give your feedback including speaking to your centre director, or putting a note into the feedback box.

If you submit a complaint using the form below,  our response time will depend on the nature of your comment, but most complaints will receive a response on the next working day.

Complaints related to the welfare of a child will be given priority and investigated according to SDN’s Child Wellbeing policy. We are required by law to report to Government if we suspect on reasonable grounds, that a child or young person is at risk of harm or significant harm.

Please provide as much detail as possible.  The personal information you provide will help us to communicate with you. If you wish to remain anonymous, your personal details (such as name phone number and email address) will remain confidential within feedback team and not provided to wider SDN management.
